Adam Cooper, CPA
Vice President - Tax

Mr. Cooper has over eight years of experience providing tax services to clients in the alternative fund industry. He joined Vastardis Capital Services in 2009 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was a manager. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Cooper provided a variety of tax compliance and consulting services to hedge funds, funds-of-funds, private equity funds and other private investment funds. He received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and his JD from New York Law School. Mr. Cooper is a Certified Public Accountant.
