New Name, Web Site, and E-mail Addresses

Effective December 5, 2005, Eos Fund Services has become Vastardis Capital Services™. The firm's Web site address is now www.vastcap.com. All staff, including managers and employees, will continue to use the same account names as before. E-mail addresses use the new company domain (@vastcap.com) starting today.

The name change follows on the heels of the firm's move to new headquarters in November. Vastardis Capital is now located on Madison Avenue at 26th Street in New York City.
