Rosemary Gilchrist
Vice President - Operations
Rosemary Gilchrist
has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, most of
them dedicated to fund-of-funds operations. She joined Vastardis Capital Services
from Maxam Capital Management, where her responsibilities included
overseeing the day-to-day operations of several hedge fund-of-fund
clients. Prior to joining Maxam,
Ms. Gilchrist spent over 11 years at Tremont Capital Management, where
she was most recently Director of Insurance, responsible for the sales
and operations of Tremont’s nearly $1 billion of assets in insurance
dedicated funds of funds.
Previously at Tremont, she was Director of Business Development,
where she was instrumental in the development of the CSFB/Tremont Hedge
Fund Indices, among other products. Ms. Gilchrist also served as
Director of Client Service at Tremont. Ms. Gilchrist started her
career in internal audit at Chase Manhattan Bank. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from Fordham
University and has
been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and forums.
