William Vastardis

Mr. Vastardis has over 27 years of experience in fund oversight and administration. His commitment to providing high quality service sets the standards for the Vastardis Capital team. Prior to founding Vastardis Capital Services, Mr. Vastardis managed a boutique third-party fund administration firm, AMT Capital Services Inc., which was acquired by Investors Bank & Trust Company. He continued in the role of managing director at the renamed Investors Capital Services. Prior to joining AMT Capital, Mr. Vastardis spent 14 years at The Vanguard Group, most recently as a vice president in charge of the $10 billion, 90-person Private Label Group that handled the administration of over 45 outside funds. Mr. Vastardis is a graduate of Villanova University.
