Partner and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Giesecke has over 13 years of experience in the financial
services industry. At Goldman
Sachs & Co., he was responsible for the tax compliance of that firm's
merchant banking funds and investment vehicles. Prior to joining Goldman,
he was a member of the Capital Markets tax group at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Giesecke earned his B.A. in accounting
from Michigan
State University.
He holds an M.B.A. in finance and international business from New York University's Stern School of
Business, where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. Mr. Giesecke is a Certified Public
Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
